Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and unworn/unwashed. Your satisfaction drives our performance, just as our gear drives yours.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sports Bras (all styles)
  • Any items without original tags or with signs of wear/washing
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging if possible
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package
  • Ship to our fulfillment center (address will be provided)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Processing begins when we receive your return:

  • Refunds: Issued within 3-5 business days after inspection, returned via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. You’ll receive tracking for your new item

International refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Options

Prefer a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges for available inventory. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare with our quality control), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
